You can begin walking the path by making small changes, or taking small steps if you like. There's no rule that says you have to make big changes in a hurry.
Consider make a plan as well, and refer to it often if you do. You might find that your plan will change as you become familiar with your thoughts & feelings, and as life see's fit to intervene
