I don't know much about numerology but I do know that those double digit numbers have to be added up to reduce them to a single digit. I don't know if numerology applies in dreams but here's the general idea.
35, 68, 14, 17, 8, 4, 6, 2, and 1.
3+5 = 8 So right there are three numbers to consider.
6 + 8 = 14. 14 has to be further reduced. 1+4=5 Now you have more numbers.
1+4 = 5
17: 1+7=8
From what you posted, there are 9 numbers, so 9 is another consideration.
The most ancient known numerological system is Tibetan but it can get really complicated.
I suspect you were given a message but coded with numbers.
