I can hear my entities and they don't sound like they're on me. I don't really know for sure though. Robert Monroe talks about having things on him in his books.
I have been trying to use Roberts Monroe's hemi sync audio to astral project, but I haven't had any luck yet. I would like to contact my spirit guide out of body and find out why I'm not getting any help with these entities.
