Stress kills. -- I have heard it before from what I would have called - the crazy alternative health kooks online - than I had my own dose of chronic fatigue over the last year and a half - it 180'd in June of this year. It is still here, but nothing like what was happening - my body was giving up on me. Emotional stress led to physical stress. Thought it was cancer at first, than Fibromyalgia, Lyme Disease.
Year's of stress in different ways, can manifest itself within the body. CFS, Cancer, other illness's. Better to have emotional well being. Diet can help in this area. (with feeling mentally better) At the same time, if you're emotionally sound, it doesn't always matter if the diet isn't fully there.
