To me, there's a way of putting the thoughts away, like I start laying them on the ground below me. I've heard of people putting them on shelves or filing them... same effect, put them away somewhere. Less thoughts/more space... so yea, it's kinda like stopping thinking, but it's more like stop looking at the thoughts, because they are still there when I get back to them later.

That sounds very interesting and i want to learn it as it could be very helpful
