Hi All.

Thanks for allowing me to join your forum.

By way of introduction, I am 75 years old and as you would expect retired. My wife passed away during November last year and the loss has left me devastated. My two sisters are spiritualists and my wife believed in the spirit living on after death. I have never believed or disbelieved but determined that if only to give a sense of purpose I would research the subject. My understanding to date is that my wife had fulfilled her spiritual contract and so had returned to the spirit world, which brought me to to the conclusion that since I am still here that I haven't. I decided that my purpose must be to try and understand what is required for me to fulfil my contract but must confess I really haven't got much of a clue on how to start.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
