Anxiety
So.. I was driving to a meeting Wednesday and I was suffering from Anxiety. I have been researching Affirmations, Law of Attraction, and Chanting and more. So here I am driving with anxiety when it struck me.. Why don't I try affirmations for my anxiety.. So I began chanting "I am Calm, I am at Peace" and 15 minutes in all of my anxiety went away and stayed away for the rest of the night.. I chanted for a good 30 minutes even though it helped in the first 15. This is very good.. I hope it can work for others.
