child like et's... it wouldn't surprise me if they exist, but child like is not much to go on.
There are very small grays that can look child like in appearance (though not in personality).
You can always ask them to show themselves to you, ask every night and maybe one day or night they'll show themselves. But make sure you direct your energy towards those beings you want to meet.
