I will name a book that explains many things about creation
and this place...the physical. It is channeled.
"An Ascension Handbook" by Tony Stubbs


For me, I feel it is a 'must read'...for any interested in going back to our Source, already! Ha!
It is a Manuel of exercises and techniques, also.
We are all destined to become self-realized Masters...this will help.
