I am new to automatic writing, but I think I can communicate with my spirit guides, my dear departed mother and grandmother mostly. I also channel my twin flames higher self sometimes. But sometimes I feel an unwanted energy butt in. This is mostly the spouse of my twin flame telling me to leave her husband alone. 😀😀. I am not really trying to steal him in 3D....we are both in stable marriages but we keep in touch. Is it possible that I am channeling her higher self or is it just my ego/monkey mind creeping in ?
