Hello all,

I've recently purchased some crystals (rose quartz, black obsidian, and auralite), and nows the time for me to finally contact higher powers and spirit guides. All throughout my life I haven't been able to hear God or any other forces, I was raised in a cult that I thankfully left, but still I've never had that many spiritual experiences. I went to the metaphysical shop where I bought the crystals and we did a session, the kind man told me that my guides have always been in contact with me, and that I just don't understand the signs, and that I should continue asking "why", just like the spirits told him I did as a child. Does anyone have any advice, I'm looking to do a short meditation daily for contacting them.
