Well gazing on dott keeps us from sleep. And Shavasana always done in thoughtless mode. If thoughts arise no problem, start again in thoughtless mode till the session is over. within a week you will master Shavasana.

Shavasana is first part of set of Divine Pranayam. second & last part is central focal point based Divine Padmasana.
