I Absolutely LOVE connecting with trees!!
Back in the day as the term "tree-hugger" began to surface I would smile as all we Hippies received a bit of that nomenclature and I for one had been hugging trees as early as I could/can remember. I climbed nearly every tree I could and wrapped around the trunk or a branch was certainly a HUG.
Nowadays I greet these Mighty Wise Ones. I too Receive Healing Energy AND Information/Wisdom and also Send such Energy in return.
A dear Friend of mine (whose trees where she lives, move and "talk" ~ which I have experienced~ TRULY! ) Once described her impressions of trees as...The Complete Connections Below (through their root systems) and The Complete Connection Above (as in their branches with or without leaves Reaching Up and Out and appearing to her like the physicality or our lungs)
Even a little HUG ( no matter if you might feel silly ) can do Wonders!!!
