Wow thanks guys!!! And i live in PA, but if you look at my info im only 15 so it is hard to get help at such a young age but if you can refer me to someone id really appricate that thanks so much for all the info i will definatly do more looking up and i have found out some sence i posted the thread and i have been preforming self reiki idk what form or amything it was just an exercise. I found and i feel lighter and happyier afterwards:) but please keep the info coming:)
