Ignore most 'new age' sites that describe the symbolism of bees. Most are pure fantasy!
Bees are a sign that higher level spirits are interested in you, and want to contact you.
Assuming you're not allergic to bee stings, I'd suggest the following procedure....
1. Prepare a piece of paper clearly stating your spiritual intention and carry it with you ALWAYS! Especially Now!
2. Then, if you ever find yourself in the midst of a swarm of bees, take off your LEFT shoe and sock and bury your bare foot into the soil, curling your toes into the earth. THIS IS IMPORTANT!
3. Close your eyes, stand as still as possible, and hold the piece of paper at arms-length in front of you so it can be read. This is also important!
Be VERY aware... You WILL be stung by the bees, but this will not harm you permanently.
You are now entering another 'higher' phase of spiritual development!
