* * I'm just wondering what it is you "trust" from silence other than feeling love? I'm not being flippant, just wondering, more deeply, exactly what you're saying.
And my belief is that anytime we're meditating, praying . . as we're connecting with a higher power, it does manifests peace, love, joy . . This IS the ultimate goal of meditation, prayer, mindfulness of only feeling . . yes?
