It's a good idea to find what works for you, so do your research to find a technique that works for you.....
I imagine myself standing under a pure ray of sunshine. The rays cleanse away any connections that do not serve me and energize me with universal light energy. I do this whenever I feel like it and only takes a few seconds.
I also like to have a selenite crystal nearby. Selenite has the ability to cleanse itself as well as other crystals. It clears away any negative energies my crystals accumulate, and if it can do that for their energy....I figure it can do the same for mine
