Oh wow, no, intense sweating for me, that was not an issue for me at all. Although, I was running/training at the time when I was under Kunalini influence, I could have disposed of that energy during running. I sweat a great deal when I run :P I remember being dehydrated and thirsty A LOT. Lots of body heat being generated but I lived in a very cold climate at the time. Coldest in the nation sometimes. I wonder if climate has any direct or indirect influence to the body during a Kundalini periods. I live in Florida now were there are super hot temperatures, wondering if the climate would made my experience different. So many questions! You would think I would have done more research. I think the phenomena was too intense for me, I would rather not re live it again.
