Hello there
I have just started a little acupressure based on a simple book by the Utah College.
This book deals with releasing headaches or opening a particular meridien.
What I would like to do is open the entire body and I would like a guide, book or reference on how this is done.
I am sure it will take time, but I would like to know how it is done.
Rather than treat a symptom, to open everything.
