Just tried logging in after a few months away, and wouldnt recognise our account and was about to email in.
Wow, THREE years old backup !! Thats awful. We lost all our hosted websites last year due to our hosting company migrating them and making a complete shambles of it, to the point everyone was broke for ages. But every cloud has a silver lining ;-) and we found a great hosting company that will host unlimited sites for $11 per month (not an advert or anything to do with us) if its of any help avoiding it ever happening again.
