The vibe I'm getting here is that this is going to be a big year of change for you. BOOM! :) I also really like the mini-cross, I feel like I could have done the reading without Card 3.
There's an acknowledgement coming through here is that where you're moving FROM is a place of comfort and stability, particularly with respect to immediate family/partners (10 of Cups). There's a lot of bravery involved this year as I see you moving away into another phase, one which may feel very liberating and quite different from where you were currently (I always like 8 of Swords reversed, it generally comes across as a 'lateral-thinking solution to a problem' type card). By year's end, you should find yourself in a much different position than from year's beginning.
