When it first happened to me, I was not expecting or trying to do it. It simply happened one night. This night I was extremely tired and was falling asleep in a deep sleep, only I kept feeling as if I was floating and it scared me. The feeling grew stronger, I kept trying to wake myself up because I didn't understand what was going on at the time. Than it happened and it was unreal. It was very very exciting to me!
The next morning I remember waking up and just feeling as if I was somewhere before hand.
