if you truly find someone that is intent on hurting you then receive the energy behind the negativity they dish out and bind it into a black ball, in your minds eye you see them gladly accepting responsibility for there own actions towards you as you calmly hand this ball back to them. all you need do is focus on the words/actions that directly effect and offend you.....
in effect you are petitioning to the universe to act upon your behalf in order to deal with someone that is using up you time you could otherwise use to evolve
