Thanks! So i gather that spirit animal is an umbrella term for the other two? Is it possible for the totem animal to change as my personality/strengths&weaknesses/lifestyle changes? Or is it something that we are born with and die with? Have animal guides ever been noted to have spoken in human language? Or is it just a feelings and intuition based guidance. Thanks again
