In 1988 when I was meditating, i felt a cool wind going clockwise around my body, i also directed it up and down

My mother had severe pain down her spine

I placed my hands on her shoulder

At the bottom of the spine I froze this pain

Then extracted it with a tremendous warmth in my being and hands
