Johnty you might try Abebooks.com They sell some books cheap; sometimes cheaper than a thrift store including shipping. And I get books from England all the time from Abebooks. Yep, just checked there. His book sell for under $4.00 US. I stopped counting at 65 pages of his books currently listed.
