Since this seems to be focused on your throat, could this be globus due to stomach reflux? I'm not a doctor and this is no diagnosis, but you should ask your doctor about reflux and globus. It can tighten your throat muscles and lead to breathing difficulties. The tingling could come from not getting enough oxygen.
