But again i have a teacher - i have the buddhist teacher who told me to do s qigong and i sent him a video of me even to check - and i have some teachers of not s qigong just not one and not teaching s qigong
just need to know if i finish the s qigong with a closing movment or is it just to learn to be spontaneous or something else like that and if i do a closing movmemnt is it only one time or maybe more
