|Anyone doing the tapping on the points on the above points and saying the words?
I really am amazed at how it helps me.
Tap at least 5 xs on each point - saying, "Even tho i feel ashamed because of
what I said (picture the scene) - I deeply and profoundly accept myself."
After awhile you just think of the situation and say the sentence..."I deeply..."
You may have to do this 5 xs day as a thought comes into your mind that makes you cringe.
Watch and see how either those thoughts decrease or when they do come in your head -
your icky feeling is a 1 instead of a 10. Whew.
