before work had a southwestern style arepa from a local restaurant (fried corn cake stuffed with homemade pimento cheese, fresh tomato, and organic baby greens served with vegan chipotle aioli and topped with guacamole)
on the road at work last night, traveled from richmondVA to charlottesvilleVA and back and not much open in the AM so I had 2 disgusting doughnuts from sheetz (gas station) and way more coffee than normal.
Got home around 7am drank a few beers (Bitburger) and had a an avacado wrap-a-ma-jig i threw together (again)
