I am an emt b and work at an old fire station where they said it is haunted. I have had sleep paralysis all my life and have seen many things. Yesterday was very weird. I awoked paralized and throughout my sleep paralysis state someone or something grabbed my left trapezius muscle and wouldn't let go. It kept grabbing hard as I struggled. I would lose conciousness and have vivid dark dreams then wake up again to the same state. I then saw one shadow figure,a leg which I physically grabbed to pull away from me. I then saw a figure of a child jump in bed with me it was scared and mumbled in a scared tone something I couldnt hear, but in my mind I reject it next to me and I saw the figure explode into smoke. All this lasted for several hours all night. What could these things mean?
