There are many religions that won't warn you that you are in danger of going to hell, but it wouldn't be accurate to describe any of them as "gay friendly".
One quality of a friend is that he will warn you if you are doing something that will lead to your being harmed and will show you how to escape the consequences of your past actions. In your case, Christianity can do both of those things. If you read the Bible you will learn that the practice of sex between members of the same sex is a sin but that like any other sin it can be forgiven is you will turn from it and put your faith in Jesus Christ.
