Pretty old post but maybe people are still interested --

I would suggest Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming, "Yang Tai Chi for Beginners" dvd. He provides a lot of detail, but you can skip ahead if you're just looking for the movements with less instruction. There are also portions where you can just watch the entire set of movements performed by him straight through, there's one that's him and his students straight through, and there's one with a view from the back of one of his students to give a different perspective. He also shows the martial applications for all of the movements if you have an interest.

But there's a ton on youtube if you're not interested in the details, or if you just want to start small
