Oh excellent! Thanks, for sharing, I love raw food. I do soak certain nuts, but am not entirely sold on that phytic acid story - however I noticed that the water that is left from soaking seems to be good for the skin and I wouldn't be too surprised if it would be a good idea to water plants with them.
