You realise that your work situation is totally toxic and there won't be any improvement. There's only so much dross you can take and know that you can get a much better job, not only financially, but something which gives you the opportunity to to build a more stable, satisfying future. Turning your back, walking away and getting something else is the best thing you can do under the circumstances.
