You should note that
the English word for Elijah in Greek is transliterated as Ēlian not Elias.
in Latin, the English word for Elijah is transliterated as Elias.
Sometimes it is hard to keep track in which language how a particular word was pronounced.
Elijah's name literally means "My God is Yahweh".
