It's very hard to grow flowers because it's hot where I live. My succulents do well. I also have a large Lily plant that just won't die, which is fantastic. It's such low maintenance. If it were up to me I'd have a jungle out there!

I always think bougainvillea looks lovely in hot climes. Have you got room to have that climbing all over your balcony walls and over the side?
Do you have aloe vera and cactus already? I like those.
