I personally can tell without the help.of cards and I am a hundred percent sure many people who tell they are not intereested in third party readings are tempted to engage themselves, at least that's almost everyone who reads the tarot.
You will be surprised by the number of people who keep appearances but they are 'guilty' of being curious.
So in my opinion if a person comes to.me and asks me about someone I don't mind.. if someone asks me about a partner who is cheated before and can do again...I don't mind telling that to them. I am actually lending them information that is going to help them. If they are not guilty then there is nothing to worry about.
I personally don't mind..and I think most of us would be guilty that way. The most careful ones might be the most guilty.
