i think for a lot of people, stress is a huge factor. i found that when i started learning to let go of things that were bothering me- both current and old- i lost 20 pounds over the course of a year. i had been more active and eating relatively healthy for about 3 years and nothing was happening with regards to my weight. it was when i started re-evaluating my life and roles that others played in it that it just started to go. it has been gone for about 2 years now. happiness looks good on you :)
