Well, if you did write this book, it would have to be thousands of pages long.
Personally, I think most of these topics merit a book of their own. I would choose one or two of them and go into as much detail as you can, with a significant layer of original research and personal experience. Especially for a first book, it usually doesn't make sense to be too ambitious, it is best to start slow and small, then move on from there with your next book.
With the current state of the publishing industry, it is likely to be self-published anyway, at least initially. There are platforms where you can publish your book as an e-book and get a cut from sales, if there are any, or just offer it for free.
