I used to get alot of pains in my chest when I was younger, studying and working. Even though I thought i was relaxed, I can reflect now and see I wasn't, I had tremendous worry about all sorts of things... but didn't know that this was causing me any stress/panic at the time. Have you tried any meditation ? Is it easy to get into a meditative state, or difficult...
