What is called our junk DNA is likely activated naturally w/ internal triggers when we reach a given level of awareness, consciousness, or frequency. This probably happens many times. We raise our awareness by actively mastering our thoughts & emotions & choosing how we want to be oriented as far as frequency (positive or negative). It’s an active & deliberate choice.

This is similar to how we have internal triggers that do various different things in our physical growth process from being a baby to an adult such as hormones releasing as a teenager & greying hair as an adult. That this is internally activated would explain why in all times there have always been those who have attained a very high level of spiritual awareness.

The way DNA is described as a computer w/ only 16MB of memory, adding more memory & having Internet access as awareness is raised is a very good example. It is likely that when we begin to take charge of our energies, actively working w/ our thoughts/emotions we access more. When we move past fear in upper 4D (1-12D) we likely access more. When we connect w/ the pure ✧✩☆JOY☆✩✧ of 5D more is probably accessed.

Some sources have discussed incoming energy that helps raise our frequency or contains various information. It is BOTH possible that we have the internal DNA triggers activating as we expand our consciousness, & that we receive external information from the Universe. It isn’t an either-or situation. It may well be that as we raise the collective consciousness as humanity that this triggers energy releases (downloads for those who are at the frequency to receive them) in much the same manner than we access our DNA personally. Automatic energy releases from the Universe as our being part of a fully integrated part of it.
