Do you think that hypnosis continues to work if you fall asleep while using a hypnosis recording? Obviously I mean one that is not for sleeping. :) I have been wondering, as I have some recordings that I really like and want to use, but I have a limited amount of time that I can use these, and it is usually when I go to bed, or if the baby is napping, and then I usually fall asleep. Sometimes I wake up when the hypnosis is "bringing me back" but sometimes I even sleep through that! What do you think?
