I don't honestly know.
It's possible someone who has been resuscitated after "clinical" death may be able to say what it feels like.
I imagine it's possible (if conscious at the time) that it might feel rather like an out of body experience, at least at first. But that's just a surmise. I know what it feels like to go out of body, but don't know (or at least remember) what it feels like to die. However when actual physical death comes into the equation, it could make things feel slightly different to a normal out of body experience.
