No I don't do any routine rituals, other than having coffee every morning. What spiritual powers need to be reinforced over distance? Energy knows no distance. Energy follows thought. I do distance healing quite easily and without any rituals. I wasn't forced to do anything. I just never saw the need to keep up contact with my teachers.
