weeellll ... the "philosophical" answers to such "philosophical" questions would have everything to do with the pragmatic approach of learning how to use the "powers of the mind/The Mind".
there's a vast difference between a singular individual sitting on their island seeking to manifest their singular desires and the individual who is working toward a consensed upon manifestion within the context of a collective.
