I do believe that they are angel numbers. They are messages sent from your angels and spirit guides for you to interpret according to your own experience. Angel numbers like these have numerous meanings, but from what I have found out:
111 and 1111 mean that the Universe is listening to and responding to our thoughts, so stay focused on the positive.
2222 means that all is well in your life.
1234 means that things are lining up nicely for you.
