As far as the law goes read Colossians 2:20-23. Acts 15 is concerned with the earliest evangelism by Jewish converts. It was just a recommendation to the Gentiles how to get along with these earliest evangelists……the emphasis evolved as is demonstrated by the Apostle Paul in Colossians……
