This isn't necessarily directed at you, Michael. Just sharing some ideas.
In the Kabbalah that "NO-THING" is called Ain, which quite literally means "Nothing." It is one of the Three Veils of Negative Existence, the other two of which are Ain Soph, "Boundlessness," and Ain Soph Aur, "Limitless Light." For an analogy, think of a piece of blank paper. Most people would say that a piece of paper in that state contains "nothing." However, the "nothing" or blankness of that piece of paper represents endless but unmanifested Potential. Buddhists call it "sunyata," or emptiness. Anyways, if one were to take a pen and touch the tip of it to the piece of paper, there would then be a point drawn. In Kabbalistic terminology that point is called Kether, The Crown. It is the Monad, the Unity implied by "All is One," Jechidah, the Soul. Kether represents manifested Potential; Limitless Divinity instilled unto Creation. All possibilities soever exist
in toto in that single point.
