Glad I could help. I've had an interest in supplements, herbs, 'health foods' since I was a child and my mother brought home Adell Davis' book on healthy eating, I think it was Let's Eat Right to Get Well. I collect vasts amounts of minutia on the subject and I'm delighted when someone else besides me finds the info useful.
